I take other medications- is that okay?
The use of other medications alongside Herbal Medicine is generally safe. During your initial consultation with Mystical Essence, not only is a full medical history taken, but details of any medications you are currently on, are also discussed.  Please bring along your medications to your first consultation, so we can work with you, in deciding the best treatment strategy to use.   As all other therapies offered by Mystical Essence are non invasive, energy medicines, there are no concerns of interactions with any medications, so are completely safe.


Do your staff members abide by a Code of Ethics and have membership with professional bodies?
Yes. Our practitioners are bound by the relevant Code of Ethics of their Professional Association/s, to which they are current members.  These include the Australian Natural Therapies Association (ANTA), the International BodyTalk Association (IBA), and the National Herbalists Association Australia (NHAA)

Do your staff have Blue Cards?
Yes. Our staff have been issued with Blue Cards, in order to allow us to provide health care services to your children.

How do I make a Payment?

Currently, Mystical Essence is only able to receive payments via Cash at time of appointment, or via Direct Deposit^*. 


What happens if I need to cancel / reschedule my appointment?
Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide a minimum of 24 hours notice, so that others may make use of that time. Please be aware that, except under extenuating circumstances, FULL consultation fees will apply for any missed appointments, or those in which less than 24 hours notice has been provided.

 ^* Payment must be received prior to consultation. Should you not be able to keep your appointment at the agreed time, all monies received will be held in trust for your next scheduled appointment.
