Mystical Essence Natural Therapies Practice has devised a 6 week Health Program to introduce to you, the various ways you CAN feel great and manage your stress better!
Our program consists of 6 x one hour sessions (one per week#), introducing a range of our healing therapies which have been designed to give you the some of the best possible stress management solutions the season!
Week 1 – The Initial Assessment
A full history is taken. This includes what issues you are currently facing in your life, your past medical history, and any familial health issues, which may impact on your life later down the tract. You will also receive an indication of our therapies, and how each may be able to assist you
Week 2 – Let’s begin
After the initial assessment, we will put into place one of our therapies for you to experience. Here, you will get an indication of how your body/mind/spirit reacts to that particular treatment. You will see how quickly you get results, and how well you respond. IF you have chosen to start your health regime off with a herbal medicine tincture (100mls), or nutritional supplements/guidance, this will be provided to you now, and followed up in two weeks’ time.
Week 3 – Check In Time
Here, we check how you felt your previous experience was, and get feedback on any herbal medicines or nutritional supplements you have been prescribed, or any dietary changes you have chosen to implement; and we will make any changes to your prescription at that time, if necessary, or provide you with a repeat of your last herbal medicine tonic (100mls)/nutritional prescriptions/dietary changes
Week 4 – The Follow Up?
Here, we will take a follow up case to note any changes you are experiencing; check on how you went with the herbs/nutrients prescribed, if applicable, and see if there are any new symptoms presenting, and which symptoms have/are subsiding. We will prescribe further herbs/nutritional supplement, if they are necessary, and reassess the diet, and follow up again in a fortnight.
Week 5 –Nearly there…..
This week you will get to experience another one of our therapies, preferably different to the one you first experienced, in order for you to gain an insight into how this second type of therapy will work/doesn’t work for you.
Week 6 – Let the Journey Begin….
The final follow up with further discussion as to how you would like to continue your journey to better health. This will entail a follow up re your herbal medicines/nutritional supplements/dietary changes, as well as which therapy you felt worked best for you. At this point, you will have the option of continuing your health journey in one or more of our various therapies, depending on which you felt suited you best, and you will have the opportunity to provide feedback on your overall experience of this program.
